Sharon Seamann winner of National Catholic Daughters of Americas Education contest

The 2021 winners of the National Catholic Daughters of the Americas Education contest were announced at the state officers training held in Arizona.  There were five winners from Nebraska in the different categories of art, photography, essay and poetry with only one from the Grand Island diocese.  Sharon Seamann of Our Lady of Spalding Court #2099 won 1st place in the adult poetry division.  She was awarded $100 for her poem that followed the theme, "Do everything with love".
