DOCUMENTARY CASE APPLICATIONS
Two (2) types of documentary processes challenge the validity of a marriage utilizing documentation. Do not use electronic signatures for these legal documents. Print the application forms, sign them as needed with black or blue ink, and then submit them completed to your pastor, deacon, or nullity minister at your parish.DEFECT/LACK OF CANONICAL FORM
This application is used when one or both of the people are Catholic and did not observe canonical form (married by a Catholic priest or deacon in a Catholic Church with two witnesses) when attempting marriage.
