This will be one of the largest Eucharistic pilgrimages in history. Just as throngs followed Christ throughout his earthly ministry, our nation will process with our Eucharistic Lord through cities, along highways, and past rural towns on his way to the 10th National Eucharistic Congress. This pilgrimage will begin in June 2024 and all routes will meet at the National Eucharistic Congress in Indianapolis on July 17, 2024
All three Nebraska Dioceses are taking part in this national pilgrimage. NE is part of the Junipero Serra Route, starting location is San Francisco, CA. From the Pacific coast, the western arm of the Pilgrimage will cross the Rocky Mountains and Great Plains on foot. Named after the “Apostle of California,” this will be the longest and most challenging route—covering over 2,200 miles! Be a part of this pilgrimage as it passes our communities.
