The Diocese of Grand Island policy is that a couple needs an introductory course in Natural Family Planning during marriage preparation. The Diocese provides you with a resource for the introductory course. Talk to your parish pastor or deacon during marriage preparation for the password to access the introductory course.

When you are ready to begin your family, the Church offers several scientifically supported methods for couples to actively care for their fertility and aid in their discernment of family planning. Listed below, you will find instructors in the Diocese of Grand Island boundaries available to help couples effectively learn any of these methods.
