The Diocese of Grand Island policy is that a couple needs an introductory course in Natural Family Planning during marriage preparation. The Diocese provides an NFP introductory video and workbook at no cost to you. Please speak to your pastor during marriage preparation for the password to access this resource tool. 

When you are ready to begin your family, the Church offers several scientifically supported methods for couples to actively care for their fertility and aid in their discernment of family planning. Listed below, you will find instructors for the Diocese of Grand Island available to help couples effectively learn any of these methods. We encourage you to research the various methods to determine which model best fits your marriage.
