I have never been to a Steubenville Conference, what does the weekend involve? What does the schedule look like? Steubenville Conferences have the same schedule/theme each year, no matter what location it is being held. Basically, the weekend offers youth an opportunity to connect with other believers their age and creates an environment that helps young people be open to what God has to say to them. This is done through keynote talks, mini-sessions, the sacraments, and particularly through giving them a sense of Eucharistic amazement.
How much do I have to pay? The cost of Steubenville of the Rockies is $429. All registrations require a $100 non-refundable deposit. All payments are due by April 15, 2024.
What is the refund policy for 2024? We understand that extenuating circumstances do arise and that your child may not be able to attend the youth event for which they have registered. If your child must cancel their registration, refunds will be offered within the following guidelines. Each event has a $100 non-refundable deposit; this amount cannot be refunded for any reason. All remaining fees will be refunded when cancellation is requested prior to the event registration deadline of April 15, 2024. After the registration deadline, refunds will only be given in cases of family or medical emergencies. No refund will be applied if cancellation is within 15 days of the beginning of the event.

Leader Role
The youth we work with are encouraged in their faith by connecting with others who also believe. They desire healthy relationships with adults who are leading them closer to Jesus and who desire to walk alongside them in that process. This type of presence-centered relational ministry requires time spent together. Youth events are an opportunity for young people and adult leaders to have a shared encounter with Jesus. In volunteering as a leader for a Diocesan youth event, you understand that it is this type of relational ministry that you are being called to with the young people attending the event.
As a leader I....
Leaders must be at least two years out of high school.
Due to the nature of this type of ministry, the leaders must understand their role and responsibility as missionary disciples.
